I Wish I Could..........

I wish I could dwell with the clouds sky high,
I wish I could tell the earth a goodbye,
I wish I could laugh-a laugh without fear,
I wish I could feel the lord very near!

I wish I could date a friend called cloud,
I wish I could speak to him my heart very loud,
I wish I could drench in the crimson sunrays,
I wish I could have happy beginnings of days!!

I wish I could meditate in that heavenly calm,
I wish I could sing to the lord a psalm,
I wish I could feel no hurt and no pain,
I wish I could be where nothing is in vain!!!

I wish I could be amongst those who just doted,
I wish I could be where my goodness got noted,
I wish I could be where I never knew a tear,
I wish I could be where to all I was dear!!!!
